This new house was designed as a holiday home for extended family. With two bunkrooms and guest lounge on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the upper level the house comfortably sleeps twelve people. The building is conceived as two simple square shaped enclosures connected at the Entry. Low maintenance building materials were selected to suit the demanding coastal environment. These include precast concrete walls to ground floor, Europan Natura 8mm pre-coloured fibre cement sheet cladding to upper floor and garage, and VM Zinc roofing.
